The Novacek's Camping Trips for 2000

We first went camping with Terri's Sister up to their property west of Canyon City.  Here is a picture of Kelly hiking with some awesome mountains in the background.  We went on a couple of hiking trips to see the area and enjoy the mountains.  Of course after hiking we were all dirty and needed to wash up before eating.  Terri and Nicholas even took a few relaxing trips to the Hammock.  This was a great camping trip and we had to have a group picture taken in front of the Santa de Cristo Mountains. 

We also went camping over the top of Cameron Pass with some friends.  We camped at Ranger Lakes this time with a few trips to Michigan Res. for some fishing.  While some of us fished others sat around and had a fun time watching.  Sometimes they were a little cold and had to cover up.  The kids had a great time riding in the paddle boat we took along.  They even enjoyed the paddle boat when it wasn't in the water.  This time Bary took some naps in the Hammock or at least tried to.  Hayley usually was asking for something fun to eat and of course when camping how can you really refuse.  We also took Aspen along on the trip with us.  On the way home Terri's sharp eyes caught a Moose on the side of the road. Of course this started a traffic jam. but it was a great site to behold.

Maybe next year we can go camping a couple more times.  Maybe with you and then you can make our page with pictures of the fun.  Keep on camping.
